This is a unique ceramic combination piece that was originally intended to be matchstick holder with ashtray. This piece would be great for any home bar, and would even work great as a swizzle stick holder. I have seen other pieces similar to this one, but this is the only one that I have seen in this design. This piece is in an overall good to very good condition. There are some very light blemishes and some light crackles in the glazing from age, which are hardly noticeable. On the base of this piece is the made in Japan mark. Very colorful character.
