18th century pair of Turkish bath clogs with carved design on the top. These are a beautiful decorative object of art. Such shoes were worn by wealthy ladies in the bath houses to lift their delicate feet high off the hot tiled floor and to protect them from heat, dirt, and water.
I’m not an expert in things this old, so I’m open to answering all questions and giving more details. One of the feet is possible chipped or just slanted a bit.
They measure 24 cm long on the top, 27 cm long
