Okay, first off I’m a little bias… As I don’t wear fur as a matter of ethical reasons, I am obsessed with fur on my shoes. Theses shoes are pony hair dyed a very dark green. I thought they were black at first. I am in love with them and we’ll see if they get pulled and I keep them. The shoes are a size 5 1/2 N with a 9 cm heel. Made by the icon Joseph Larose.
Vintage can run 1/2 size smaller than modern sizes. Also, while never worn, certain precautions are strongly suggested before you wear your vintage purchase: re-glue or replace the insole, replace the lifts and replace the soles. These actions should be easily handled by your local shoe repair. And the minimal cost involved will improve the longevity of your vintage shoes.
