Great work of art for any steampunk, industrial, loft, machine age, reclaimed interior design. Perfect as a sideboard, kitchen island, desk, workbench, table, bar height table. I have it in my kitchen as an island and everyone just congregates around it and never uses the kitchen table.
I was given the chance to salvage a large barn in my home town the top is a barn door from it. It have a rough edge at one of the corners from where it closed and opened. The bottom is an antique piece from the post office. Where they would hang the bags on for sorting. Now perfect for hanging keys, pots and pans, buckets for paint brushes ect.
I love the incredible patina of old wood and metal, including stains, nail & screw holes, pinholes. The top has some waviness/wear as you would expect with age, it just adds to the wonderful character. The door has been sealed with a thin coat of poly.
It measures about 74″ long, 24″ wide and about 41″ high.
