Vintage 1960s Bonnie Cashin Coach Handbag Purse


Designed by Bonnie Cashin, Coach’s first purse designer, around 1968. Made in camel/beige color. Legacy stripe lining in bottom of bag. Center section is open. A flap pocket on each side closes with a turnlock. Skinny handles have a 4 1/2 inch drop. Brass feet on bottom. Handcrafted in New York City. Made before Coach used hangtags or creeds, this bag has a simple black metal plate with the Coach name. The whole handbag is genuine Leather as well. It measures about 8″ across and about 5″ tall without the handle.
